At Depeche Mode, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on all eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
